Assign Primary User

Just taken delivery of my 2022 (72) Pro Performance Max, and I can't assign a primary user.

I have done everything on the WeConnectID App, and got to the position where I scan the code in the car (i.e. create primary user) and having tried a few times one or two things occur:

1. Select login and the code doesn't appear - totally blank apart, and then nothing happens

2. Select login a code appears, but on a page that looks it is on a 'website' site map and not a page on the info screen

Anyone had similar experience, and know how to sort it?

Hi,

I've the same problem on mine, same year. I called up the helpline and they logged it, awaiting a reply. Have you tried using a different hotspot to connect?
