Adaptive headlights - I keep getting flashed!

I wasn't expecting to be flashed by so many oncoming drivers. Any tips on how to reduce this? I have the right setting (driving on the left as I’m in the UK). Or do other drivers just have to ‘adapt’ to me?

I've got occasional flash as well... Mind you, if you see your car coming, the lights have the brightness of the Sun , not to mention the half second it takes for the automatic to adjust high beam.

Is your automatic high beam on? I have tried to use this but with oncoming vehicles it doesn’t drop the high early enough hence a lot of flashing and expletives form fellow road users, street lit areas it works fine in!
